- If you’ve received a faulty item send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with clear photos of the fault(s) and include you order number in the subject line. We will get back to you as soon as possible
- If you received a faulty item, you are entitled to a full refund. All refunds will be issued via the payment method used to purchase the product.
- You can post your faulty item back to us within 30 days of receiving your product(s).
- You will need to cover the cost of your return postage.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
- Please email email@example.com for the returns address.
- Delivery is Monday to Friday (excludes public holidays AUS).
- Delivered within 3-5 working days for Metro Sydney
- Delivered within 5-7 working days for WA and the rest of AUS.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for your parcel to be dispatched.
