  • If you’ve received a faulty item send an email to info@dnaorganics.com.au with clear photos of the fault(s) and include you order number in the subject line. We will get back to you as soon as possible
  • If you received a faulty item, you are entitled to a full refund. All refunds will be issued via the payment method used to purchase the product.
  • You can post your faulty item back to us within 30 days of receiving your product(s).
  • You will need to cover the cost of your return postage.
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
  • Please email info@dnaorganics.com.au for the returns address.


  • Delivery is Monday to Friday (excludes public holidays AUS).
  • Delivered within 3-5 working days for Metro Sydney
  • Delivered within 5-7 working days for WA and the rest of AUS.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for your parcel to be dispatched.
