SECTION 20 – SHIPPING TERMS
DNA Organics offers flat rate for shipping on every order. This means that you will never be charged more than the flat rate no matter how large the order is. The flat rate depends on the size and where the parcel will be delivered. You will be shown your flat rate at checkout.$9.99 Flat Rate: For all capital cities and major regional hubs in Australia.$14.95 Flat Rate: For all other regional and non-remote country areas of Australia. All orders over $150 will receive free shipping. There is no delivery option for remote/extremely remote areas of Australia.
Some postal services will allow you to give authority to leave depending on your region. By doing this you are giving your delivery company permission to leave your order in a safe place if no one is home to sign for your order. DNA Organics will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with the authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and DNA Organics will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of selecting to leave your parcel without a signature.As we are committed to your satisfaction, we work very hard to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. We aim to send your order on the same day if ordered before 9am AEST, however some orders may take a little longer. Please allow up to 3-5 days for most major capital cities (10 days for Perth and Darwin). However, we cannot control the speed of delivery by the courier services. If you live a little farther out, please allow a little bit of extra time.Please take every effort to include the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.Delivery times are highly dependent on your location and local transport services in your local area. The lead-times are measured in business days; they do not include weekends or public holidays.

SECTION 21 – DISCOUNTS
Promo codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders. Promo codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. Only one discount code is permitted per order. For a discount code to be effective, the discount code must be applied at checkout. If a code is not applied correctly, DNA Organics will not refund the discounted amount once an order has processed. Please note a discounted upsell offer is considered a discount and will be considered as a discount. DNA Organics reserves the right to decline or cancel any such orders that have had multiple discounts applied or do not meet these discount terms and conditions. We actively monitor the misuse of discount codes if we think there is or has been a misuse of a discount code in any way (e.g. selling it or sharing it with others), we reserve the right to cancel your discount code and/or suspend or even close your account without telling you. We don’t like to do this, but if a discount code can’t run properly because someone or something is spoiling the fun for everyone – e.g. fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control that affects the running or fairness of the discount code – we can cancel, modify or suspend the discount code. Orders purchased outside of the advertised time frame set out by DNA Organics will not be eligible for the discounted price.
Please note that during a sale or promotional period, orders cannot be cancelled, amended or changed in anyway.
SECTION 22 – PROMOTIONS
We may, from time to time, run promotions where certain products, or a combination of products, are offered for sale at a discounted price or free of charge. All promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last. Any products purchased outside of the advertised time frame set out by DNA Organics will not be eligible for the promotional price. Where there is no promotion period specified, the relevant promotion will end when it is discontinued on DNA Organics platforms.
SECTION 23 – AMENDING, CANCELLING OR CHANGING ORDERS
We have a small 10-minute window to cancel or amend orders during business hours. Any changes or amendments will need to be requested within 10-minutes of placing your order. Please note that during a sale or promotional period, orders cannot be cancelled, amended or changed in any way.
