Returns & Refunds Policy

  • We never use third party logistic warehouses to pick n pack our products, Every DNA Organics item is dispatched from our own warehouse in Sydney, Australia.
  • All items are thoroughly checked for faults before dispatch, we do not dispatch faulty items.
  • In the rare case that you’ve received an item that you feel is faulty then please send an email to info@dnaorganics.com.au with clear photos of the item in question, why you believe it is faulty and your order number in the subject line. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a reply to your inquiry.
  • We manufacture all our products to strict batch code regulations. If one item in a batch is faulty then every item in that batch will be faulty.
  • In the rare case that there is a Batch-Wide fault of a particular item then you are entitled to a full refund. All refunds will be issued via the payment method used to purchase the product.
  • Unfortunately, because of the nature for the products we are not able to offer refunds for a change of mind.
