Returns & Refunds Policy

  • All items are thoroughly checked for faults before dispatch. Please note we do not dispatch faulty items.
  • In the rare case that you’ve received a faulty item, send an email to info@dnaorganics.com.au with clear photos of the fault(s) and your order number in the subject line. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • If you received a faulty item, you are entitled to a full refund. All refunds will be issued via the payment method used to purchase the product.
  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind.
