DNA ORGANICS SHIPPING POLICY

DNA Organics shipping provides a flat rate for all orders, excluding remote areas. This means that you will never be charged more than the flat rate no matter how large the order is. The flat rate depends on the size and where the parcel will be delivered. You will be shown your flat rate at checkout.

 

AUSTRALIA
Delivery to most areas in Australia is FREE when spending over $150
For all capital cities and major regional hubs in Australia = $9.99 Flat Rate or FREE when spending over $150
For all other regional and non-remote country areas of Australia =$14.95 Flat Rate or FREE when spending over $150

 

PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to deliver to some areas in Australia deemed to be remote by Australia Post. If you have purchased an item and wish to have it delivered to an area deemed to be “remote’ then we will be able to send you a quoted delivery before dispatch, if the delivery option and pricing isn’t suitable then we reserve the right to refund your purchase.


NEW ZEALAND
Delivery to most areas in New Zealand is FREE when spending over $200
For all capital cities and major regional hubs in New Zealand = $18 Flat Rate or FREE when spending over $200

 

PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to deliver to some areas in New Zealand deemed to be remote by Australia Post/NZ Post
If you have purchased an item and wish to have it delivered to an area deemed to be “remote’ then we will be able to send you a quoted delivery before dispatch, if the delivery option and pricing isn’t suitable then we reserve the right to refund your purchase.

What is Authority To Leave? Please understand the risks.

Some postal services will allow you to give authority to leave depending on your region. By doing this you are giving your delivery company permission to leave your order in a safe place if no one is home to sign for your order. DNA Organics will not be held responsible for any theft or damage if you provide us with the authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address. All risk in the parcel will remain with you upon delivery and DNA Organics will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage as a result of selecting to leave your parcel without a signature. Please know the risks depending on your personal circumstances.

Track & Trace

DNA Organics constantly seeks out the best shipping options for delivery. We use multiple freight courier services in order to provide our customers with great value and service for their deliveries. We reserve the right to change freight providers, or substitute freight providers from time to time without providing further notice.
All deliveries are automatically directed to a Track & Trace system whereby you can track the status of your order at all times. Signatures on delivery will be required.

Some things can’t be helped

We reserve the right to cancel any order, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or phone number/s provided. We will refund the money paid using the original method received. All orders are subject to availability of stock.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

As we are committed to your satisfaction, we work very hard to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.


Step 1: We will always receive, pick and pack your order on the same day we receive it. (Except for company Christmas Holiday shutdown period)
Step 2: If received before 9am AEST Monday to Thursday we will Dispatch it with Australia Post that same day. (No Dispatches happen on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday)
Step 3: The Courier picks up your parcel/s and we have no control of that parcel once it has left our warehouse.

 

AUSTRALIA: Please allow up to 3-5 days for most major capital cities (10 days for Perth and Darwin).
NEW ZEALAND: Please allow up to 8-14 business days (between major metro areas), but please allow up to 20 days.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Important to consider the following:

– We have absolutely no control over the speed of delivery by the courier services. If you live a little farther out, please allow a little bit of extra time.

– Please take every effort to include the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

– Delivery times are highly dependent on your location and local transport services in your local area.

– All The lead-times quoted by the delivery services are measured in business days; they do not include weekends or public holidays.

– During festive and busy online sales seasons or unforeseen events like COVID-19 there may be a delay in order processing and delivery times.

We aim to get your orders out as speedily as possible. We appreciate your patience.

What does the shipping charge cover?

Shipping costs includes more than just the cost of postage and/or air freight. Costs include order processing and stock receiving, pick and pack, packaging materials, air freight, courier and/or postage.

Postage and air freight costs vary by weight and/or cubic metre, and delivery location, however we do not pass on the whole of this cost to you, our customer.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately DNA Organics currently DOES NOT offer international shipping options other then New Zealand.
